The Standard Soccer Collective is a club where every player is supported to develop and reach their own ceiling.
From twice-monthly Community membership to our full-time, individually scouted Select team, players grow in a collective environment where standards are set, pursued and achieved together.
You do not just meet the standard here. You become part of it.

We train at Lombardo Fields at Lancaster Country Day School. It is a professional environment where the collective comes together to practice, develop and compete.
Every session, selection and game happens here, on a pitch that holds players to the same standard we ask of them.

The Pathways
Three pathways.
One standard.
There is one way into the Collective, and it starts in Community. From there, each player chooses how deeply they want to commit to developing their game, with the fullest training and competition experience found in an SSC Select team.

Community
Community gives boys and girls access to organized soccer practices and internal games, helping them experience the love of the game alongside players at a similar level. Two open sessions each month welcome every new player, introduce them to the standard and allow them to be seen by the staff.

Performance
For players who want more: a minimum of three group sessions each month, supported by individualized plans and access to one-on-one or position-specific development.

Select
A full-time club commitment, SSC Select players practice four times per week, ten months of the year. SSC will field only one team per age group. This is our Select team.
